Pasta Making with Square Food Foundation
Square Food Foundation are delighted to be a part of FODA this year and can't wait to share the art of pasta making on The Pony Bus. Join Square Food Foundation's expert teachers to make cavatelli pasta from scratch. You'll learn how to make dough, roll and cut shapes, and make some delicious pasta to take home. Perfect for adults and kids alike, come and get stuck in with some simple, fun and accessible cooking!

Pizza Making with The Pony
Got a little pizza chef in the making? Want to make yummy pizzas and scoff the lot. With our experienced tutor from The Pony, Christie will teach kids how to make pizzas from scratch.
Kids and grown ups can have fun making a classic pizza dough and learn how to stretch, throw and cook the dough with tasty toppings to make pizzetta (small funky pizza) to take home.
Ingredients include: Wildfarmed dough, herbs from the bus, topped with Glastonbury cheese.

Gyotaku with Let's Make Art (Community Workshop)
Join Let’s Make Art, Creatives in Residence for a selection of activities, for all the family, especially created for FŌDA.
Gyotaku 魚拓 is a traditional Japanese art of fish printing originally used by fishermen to record their catches. It has been described as the earliest form of photography. Alice and Karen will guide children and their families in making beautiful prints from UK fish and other sea creatures with ink and rice paper while learning about marine life.
This workshop uses ink - please dress to get creative. They will have aprons available.

Design a recipe book (We Are Family workshop)
For the afternoon sessions. Alice and Karen will be providing a Recipe Book Workshop. Everyone will receive an A5 manilla book to decorate and customise. You can write down all your favourite recipes from magazines and family members, but will Granny give you the secret one for her wobbliest trifle?
